Tot Law, APC is a law office focused exclusively on that which is truly important – Our children. We believe that the legal system should ensure justice and fairness, that the role of an attorney is to serve as the voice for those seeking justice, and that there is no one more deserving of such justice as a child. As a result, Tot Law, APC was formed to represent parents and individuals serving in the capacity of parents in legal matters affecting children, and we specialize in helping families to overcome any legal obstacles standing in the way of a child reaching his or her fullest potential.

Most initial consultations are free , and my pledge to you as a prospective (and hopefully future) client is to always be honest and upfront regarding your case, make every effort to accomplish your goals, and, should we be unable to assist, to provide you with other avenues upon which to continue advocating for your child.

One of the most common complaints we hear about our clients’ previous experiences with other attorneys is a difficulty in communication – Once the attorney was paid, the client would never get the attorney to return a call, send an email or set an appointment. At Tot Law, APC, you won’t have this problem. To this end, for our Child Family Well-Being (“CPS Investigation”) clients, once we are retained as your attorneys, we provide you with an attorney’s personal cell phone number so that you can communicate with us directly. We know that these investigations occur at all hours of the day and therefore, you can rest assured that you can communicate with us when necessary.
